Hours are 7:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Applications for permits and point-of-sale inspections are available at Village Hall at
10455 Northfield Rd. and Service Garage at 68 Houghton Rd.

BUILDING DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT:
The Village of Northfield Building Department takes pride in serving it's residents. The Building Department is responsible for enforcing and administering the Village's Building and Zoning codes while protecting the health and welfare of the Village of Northfield residents.

Certificate of Occupancy - There is no form for the Cerificate of Occupancy application. In order to obtain a certificate, please see Lisa Rodriguez, Service and Building Dept. Secretary at the Village Hall located at 10455 Northfield Road. The cost of the Certificate of Occupancy. $50.

below and submit with appropriate fees and documentation to the
Service Department Secretary at 10455 Northfield Rd, Northfield OH

CONTRACTOR/SUBCONTRACTOR FORMS |
To register as a licensed contractor/sub-contractor or pull permits
with the Village, please print out all of the seven forms, complete
and submit with appropriate fees to the Service Department Secretary
at 10455 Northfield Rd, Northfield OH 44067. If you have any
