The mission of Northfield Village Council is to abide by the Charter of the Municipality, to ensure the safety, peace, health and welfare of the Village and to exercise all the powers of local government under the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio.

Nicholas M. Magistrelli lives with his wife Rebecca of 39 years on Filly Lane. Nick has three grown children and eight grandchildren. He has lived in the area for most of his 57 years. He has been employed by S.B Morbito and Companies for 32 years.

The following experiences will help him serve as your councilman. He served one year on the Planning Commission in Northfield Village, four year term on the Maple Hts. Board of Education, and two years as a Prescient Committee person for Maple Hts. Currently he is a trustee for Teamster's Local #436 Health, Welfare, and Pension Board, special committee's include Administrative and Audit. Currently he is a union steward and safetyman for S.B. Morabito trucking and has a seat on their negotiation committee for labor agreements. Nick is the Vice President of Steeplechase Home Owners Association III.

Nick has completed the following training programs OSHA safety classes, 64 hours of classes for the Foundation of Employee Benefits, Drug Training with the Ohio State Patrol for CDL.

Nick heads the Wages & Working Committee while also serving on the Finance and fire & Safety Committees.

Alan E. Hipps lives on Houghton Road with his wife, Bethany and daughter Amara. He was born and raised in Clearfield, PA, a place known for its small-town values. Alan called Ohio home after being accepted into the well-respected College of Architecture and Environmental Design at Kent State. He graduated from Kent State University with a Master's Degree in Architecture. After graduation Alan studied sustainable design and building practices to become a LEED accredited professional. He now works as valuable team member at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. in Cleveland.

Alan wants to be a voice for those who live in his ward, and would like to see the improvement of the village's overall curb appeal.

Alan heads the Building & Grounds Committee and also serves on the Roads & Public Works and Wages & Working Committees.

Renell Noack

Renell M. Noack has lived in the Nordonia area since 1961. graduated from Nordonia in 1974 and moved to Northfield Village in 1994. Renell was married to former Ward C councilman Lennie Noack Jr for 33 years and has two grown daughters, Lynn and Stacy, plus 4 grand puppies.

There was a period of time when Renell did not reside in Ohio, that was during her time in the Navy and afterwards. Met her husband in the service, and with him being from California, lived there for 13 years and when the earthquake happened from the World Series, in 1989 Renell said she had enough and came back home. Her only other time of being away was a 2 year transfer to Denver for work and now is back for good. Renell currently works for VWR/Amresco, in Solon, as a customer service rep for the past 2 years and you may see her every other weekend at Peggy's Lunchbox.

Renell has a passion for people and with all the history from being involved with the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and her church - she now wants to reach out to her community and hopes to bring an effort/together/to help build/renew our village.

Renell will be heading the Health and Welfare Committee and will also be a team member on the Fire & Safety, and Wages and Working Committees.

Gary C. Vojtush

Gary C. Vojtush lives with his wife Amber and their 4 yr. old twins; He also has 3 adult children. He grew up in Northfield Center and has lived in Northfield Village for 14 years. He attended Nordonia High School and Kent State University for Business Administration. In 1990 he became involved in public service as a member of the Aurora Fire Department, where he was a part time firefighter/EMT. In 1995 he obtained a full time position with the City of Parma as firefighter/paramedic. He joined Northfield Village Fire Department in 2000 where he worked as a part time firefighter/paramedic, Lieutenant, Captain, and was the Fire Chief from 2004-2012. Gary feels communication to the residents is very important. He feels the residents need to be more informed about current issues, they need a vote and he is here to be their vote.

Gary heads the Health & Welfare Committee and also serves on the Buildings & Grounds and Roads & Public Works Committees.
